New Low FODMAP Prepared Asian Sauces

Great news! There are now 5 prepared sauces from San-J that are Certified Low FODMAP (read about Low FODMAP Certification Programs here):

  • Gluten-Free Hoisin

  • Gluten-Free Mongolian

  • Gluten-Free Thai Peanut

  • Gluten-Free Szechuan

  • Gluten-Free Teriyaki

You may note that these products contain garlic and/or honey. How can they be low FODMAP?

With the new technology of FODMAP laboratory testing, we can pinpoint exact thresholds that are safe for those on the diet. The amounts of garlic and/or honey found in these certified products are so small that they do not trigger symptoms.

Just to note, you will still need to avoid high FODMAP ingredients found on labels of other foods that have not been certified.
